It was two weeks before my birthday and my mom told me
not to expect to come home with a dog. When we finally
arrived at the adoption event, I jumped out of the car and ran into the store. We looked around at all the dogs and my mom found Harry Potter. He was the perfect dog for our family, he loved us and we loved him. I wanted a calm sweet dog, my mom wanted a small dog, my brother wanted a fuzzy dog and my dad wanted a smart dog. We got everything we wanted! Harry Potter started off as a puppy mill dog but he is happier than ever.
He knows how to get up and down the stairs and he loves his new name Gibby. He looks forward to our walks every day after school. Gibby loves to sleep in his new spacious crate after he snuggles with me in my bed. Gibby is the best dog ever!
